Dr. Natalie will perform a run-focused PHYSICAL THERAPY EVALUATION with a strength assessment and movement analysis in combination with a RUN ANALYSIS using technology that determines your ground reaction forces, ground contact time and initial peak acceleration + video capture that provides joint angle measurements at specific times during your stride!
At your first FOLLOW-UP session, Dr. Natalie provides guidance on ALL THINGS RUNNING: what to focus on before, during and after each run, how to adjust your running stride that best suits you, how to return or continue with running during or after injury and how to reduce your risk of running related injury in the future!
Your initial evaluation includes a discussion of your running and medical history, physical exam, gait analysis and movement assessment. Dr. Natalie will then create your unique treatment or training program that will be provided at your follow-up session. [2 hours]
This will include a review of the findings from the evaluation, a discussion of what to focus on before, during and after each run, how to adjust your running stride that best suits you, how to return or continue to run with an injury and how to reduce your risk of injury in the future. [1 hour 30 minutes]
This would consist of treatment after your evaluation that would include soft tissue mobilization, stretching, joint mobilizations, neuromuscular re-education and other physical therapy techniques to decrease pain and improve function in combination with a strength and conditioning session that best fits your needs. [1 hour]
This would consist of treatment after your evaluation that would include soft tissue mobilization, stretching, joint mobilizations, neuromuscular re-education and other physical therapy techniques to decrease pain and improve function. [30 minutes]
This is a specific protocol that has been designed for you after your evaluation that best suits your strength needs and goals. [45 minutes]

Staying out-of-network allows Dr. Natalie the freedom to provide one-on-one evaluation, treatment and strength sessions with each patient without relying on assistants or double booking.
