RUN COACHING & MENTORSHIP

We believe there is no such thing as a one-size-fits-all approach to your running program! Every runner deserves an individualized training regimen that best fits your needs and lifestyle.


We want to help you not only become a stronger, healthier runner, but to gain knowledge about your own body, understand the reason behind every workout and consistently provide you with feedback to help you safely execute exercises to decrease your risk of injury and enhance your performance.


Natalie is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Running Technique Specialist, Strength and Conditioning Specialist and RRCA Run Coach. Tom is a RRCA Run Coach as well as a Combat Veteran that served two deployments in the Marine Corp. Tom's hit a personal best of a 3:12 marathon in 2019 and a 1:25 half marathon in 2022. So, we've got you covered at every turn! We have spent years learning from the top running researchers within the field to educate and provide you with the best possible information, no matter where you are in your running journey! 


After learning more about you, your history of injury and what your daily life looks like... We will create a program with you to address your obstacles and help you reach your personal goals!
